Privacy Policy

HiringAlpha ("we", "us") provides resume and interview-preparation tools at hiringalpha.in. This page explains what happens to the information you give us.

1. The free tools

• Resume Match Checker: works inside your browser. The resume and job description you paste are not sent to our servers.
• Interview Coach: when you use it, the target role, resume text (if you paste it), the questions, and your typed or spoken answers are sent to our server, which passes them to an AI provider (Anthropic) so it can write questions, scores, model answers and reports. We do not save this content in any database of our own. The AI provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not enter ID numbers, bank details or other information you want kept private.
• Voice input: if you tap the microphone button, your browser or device converts speech to text using its own speech-recognition service (for example, Chrome may send audio to Google). We do not receive or store your audio.

2. What we do store

To stop abuse we keep a simple counter of how many AI requests an IP address has made today, in Cloudflare's storage. It expires automatically within about a day. We do not use it to identify you.

3. Paid services

• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay tells us that a payment succeeded and shares basic details such as the amount and your contact information.
• If you order a paid service on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you send us (for example your resume). We use it only to deliver the service you paid for, and we will delete it on request.

4. Cookies, analytics and third parties

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tools at present. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information. It reaches only the service providers needed to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (AI responses), Razorpay (payments) and WhatsApp (messaging).

6. Your choices

You can ask us to delete anything you sent us on WhatsApp, or ask a question about this policy, by contacting us on the Contact page.

7. Children

HiringAlpha is meant for adults looking for work. It is not directed at children under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
