The Resume Match Checker and Interview Coach are free, so there is nothing to refund. This policy covers our paid services.
If we have not delivered your paid work within 48 hours of receiving both your payment and the information we need from you, you can ask for a full refund.
Because these are digital services made to your details, we do not refund after delivery. Instead, you can request free revisions for 7 days after delivery. If we cannot correct a genuine problem with the work, contact us and we will look at your case.
If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the extra amount in full.
You can cancel the Pro plan at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancelling stops future renewals. The month you have already paid for is not refunded unless we failed to deliver as described in section 1.
Message us on WhatsApp +91 99104 65246 with your payment screenshot or payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
